High-res photos: Ford has unveiled the new 2013 Mustang Boss 302 facelift ahead of its debut at the Los Angeles auto show tomorrow. The Mustang Boss 302 comes dressed with a new hockey stick graphic featuring reflective stripes - a reference to the classic 1970 Boss 302. The Boss 302 Laguna Seca edition, pictured here, features a new School Bus Yellow color with Sterling Gray accents. The body kit on the Boss 302 includes a front splitter and hood extractors as well as a HID headlights and LED-surround taillamps. The car also features a high-gloss panel on the rear end that connects the taillights. The Mustang Boss 302 comes with a 444 hp (331 kW / 450 PS) and 515 Nm (380 lb-ft) of torque unit coupled to a close-ratio six-speed manual gearbox. Based on the Mustang GT facelift, the Boss 302 also features a more refined suspension system with higher-rate coil springs, stiffer bushings and a larger-diameter rear stabilizer bar. There's also the adjustable shocks and struts. The 302 is lowered by 11 mm at the front and 1 mm at the rear vis-a-vis the standard Mustang GT. Wheels are 19-inch black alloy racing rims fitted with Pirelli Pzero tires.
